Grande Tours
3/6/2005 12:53:00 PMMade good time paddle-sailing on Saturday on the outside route. Got a little exciting right before sundown. Went inside at Venice. Tide and headwinds against me on Sunday but was okay.

Chokoloskee
3/8/2005 10:50:00 PMHad a wild night last night and to seek shelter. Today started off tough but worked into a good day. Sailing from Marco to Chokoloskee at night was crazy!

Flamingo
3/10/2005 11:20:00 PMYesterday was absolutely miserable with constant rain and cold. Had to put on dry suit to sleep because sleeping bag was wet. Today, though, was about perfect.

Key Largo
3/11/2005 6:21:00 PMFlorida Bay was beautiful and a highlight of the trip. Not too eventfull other than a little bushwacking through an overgrown pass at Russell Key. This was one hell of a race, and something I'll never forget. Thanks!
